Private Yoga Sessions are created specifically for you and your needs. Kelly specialize in creating yoga classes for those impacted by anxiety, depression and trauma. Kelly is a trained mental health therapist and certified trauma informed yoga teacher. During your yoga session, you will explore ways to connect to your body using breath, yoga poses and meditation. You will do yoga at your pace and your fitness level. Yoga can help you to feel great, strong and empowered. YOU don’t have to feel defeated by anxiety, depression or trauma. YOU can chose a different path to healing and wellness. I’m ready…. Are YOU?  Private sessions are conducted at Onyx Counseling and Wellness Services or with proper arrangements can be provided in your home.  

  • 60 minute session is $65.00
  • 90 minute session is $125.00
  • Client’s home sessions include an additional travel fee
  • Each session includes a yoga practice and meditation created specifically for you
  • A written yoga practice plan and  meditation created specifically for you.

 

Trauma-Informed Beginner Yoga@

Free Trauma Informed Yoga for sexual assault survivors on Thursdays, 6:00 pm -7:15 pm. Classes are free and yoga mats are provided. Please call Tulare County Family Services to reserve you spot today.

In Hanford

New group for women, 18 years and older who have experienced trauma or chronic stress and suffer from Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anger or chronic irritability. Classes will include meditation, trauma informed yoga sequence and journaling. Group size limited to 8 women or individuals that self identify as female. Cost is $300 for 6 week program. $150 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of enrollment and remaining $150 due before the first day of class.

Week 1 -What is Trauma & Trauma Informed Yoga. Yoga, Meditation and Journal.

Week 2- Experiencing the Present Moment & Polyvagal Theory.Yoga, Meditation and Journal.

Week 3– Empowerment Through Making Choices- Yoga, Meditation and Journal.

Week 4– Taking Effective Action. Yoga, Meditation and Journal.

Week 5– Creating Rhythms. Yoga, Meditation and Journal.

Week 6 -Building and Owning Your Own Self-Agency. Yoga, Meditation and Journal.

At conclusion of 6 weeks, YOU will have tools to help YOU feel wonderful, powerful and connected; a yoga sequence, grounding techniques and a meditation specific to you and your experience.
